CHOCOLATE KAHLUA CAKE
Chocolate Kahlua Cake
Preheat oven to 350.
- 4 ozs Baker’s Chocolate, semi-sweet, melted
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 cup ground almonds
- 1/3 cup Kahlua
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tsp almond extract (to taste)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 egg whites
Mix together all ingredients except for egg whites. Set aside.
Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cake mixture.
Pour into small Bundt pan and bake at 350 for 38 minutes.
