HAPPY MOTHERS DAY 2022 TO MY AMAZING MOM!!

I made this website for my Mom on Mothers Day 2022 so she can share her recipes with her friends, family and the world if she wants... Anyone who has been lucky enough to have my Mom cook for them knows why the world might be interested. She is not a professional Chef but she could have been, easily. No one would argue with that. We will expand the recipes over time but for now lets start with 3 of my personal favorites.. Fried Jersey Tomatoes, Orange Chocolate Cake and Jumbo Lump Crab Quiche. All delicious and not just because she is my Mom…because its her gift. Like my Dad Jim would say, “made with love”. Enjoy.
